Well Peterborough, we have got quite a weekend ahead! Start making your decisions now, because on Friday night (the 21st), there are three amazing events going on around town that will suit whatever mood you're in!

Adam Scott Performing Arts Club is featuring its first ever dance showcase at the Adam Scott Auditorium at 8pm. Featuring exceptionally talented dancers who you may have seen in Erasing the Stigma! $5 at the door - featuring choreography by AFA's Rachel Bemrose

At 8pm at The Gordon Best, the Citiots Improv troupe retakes the stage after a month's absence (sources say that Ray Henderson came down with Olympic fever). $10 at the door - featuring AFA member Andrew Root

The Anne Shirley Theatre Company storms the Wenjack Theatre at Trent University with the rock musical Spring Awakening. Already garnering rave reviews, this limited run also plays two shows on Saturday downtown at Market Hall. Tickets for the Trent show are $5 for Trent Students and $10 general admission - featuring musical direction from AFA's Brian Macdonald

And once you've wound down from that amazing selection, perhaps you'll come check out Clara Hughes' keynote speech as she brings her Big Bike Ride to Fleming College in Peterborough on Saturday night (the 22nd)! Following Clara's speech about mental health awareness, there will be a condensed performance of Erasing the Stigma!

You can take Sunday off. We sure will be! Oh, no wait, we have a board meeting that night....
